Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 2 to manage and optimize project schedules across active construction sites. The role involves site visits, collaborating with project teams, and mentoring junior staff to apply best scheduling practices.

You will prepare proposals, baselines and ongoing schedules, and ensure CPM alignment with pull plans. Strong communication and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required or equivalent experience
• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with project team
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team
• Participates in all phases of scheduling, including baseline and updates
• Supports Lean and pull planning and aligns CPM with pull plan results
• Provides planning and scheduling support to operations and other functions
• Visits job sites regularly to review status and update schedules
