Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities to improve project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to reach milestones.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts, and progress analysis for leadership.
• Support planning, scheduling, and project controls across the lifecycle.

The Role

As a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project delivery, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance
• Identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities to improve project delivery
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve key milestones
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts, and progress analysis for project leadership
• Support wider planning, scheduling, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide scheduling insight and recommendations to support successful project delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler within large-scale construction
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles
• Experience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or major commercial ground-up construction
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ is highly desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and senior stakeholders
