Senior Construction Scheduler – Mission Critical & Complex Projects | National ENR GC | U.S. Travel

G&E Partners is representing a nationally recognised ENR-ranked General Contractor with a major footprint across the U.S., delivering some of the country’s most complex and high-profile construction projects.

Due to continued growth and a secured national backlog, they are looking to add a Senior Scheduler to support large-scale mission-critical developments alongside major commercial, healthcare, industrial, and high-rise projects.

This opportunity offers direct involvement on fast-paced, technically challenging builds including hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and large commercial developments where schedule performance is critical to project success.

This is a fully onsite, project-based position with travel across key U.S. markets.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Primavera P6 schedules
  • Support project teams across large, ground-up construction projects
  • Analyze critical path activities and proactively mitigate delays
  • Partner closely with Operations, PMs, Superintendents, and executive leadership
  • Conduct schedule reviews, site progress tracking, and reporting
  • Support recovery planning and risk analysis on high-profile projects

  What They’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of scheduling experience within commercial construction
  • Strong background on large-scale ground-up projects
  • Mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial project experience preferred
  • Advanced Primavera P6 expertise
  • Experience working for a large General Contractor environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across field and leadership teams
