Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent for a New Albany, Ohio construction site to lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals on a major semiconductor/manufacturing project.

You will direct craft activities, manage subcontract coordination, and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and collaboration with unions and stakeholders on a large-scale program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5–8 years of construction management experience, or 9–12 years of equivalent work history.
• Experience managing union craft in heavy industrial US direct hire construction.
• Strong knowledge of ES&H Handbook and Bechtel core processes; safety and OSHA requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals on the project and coordinate subcontract work.
• Direct craft activities, schedules, and ensure productivity and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain 90‑day and 3‑week look‑ahead labor/equipment schedules and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Uphold Bechtel's safety programs and ZERO Accident Philosophy across the work site.
