Job summary

Resilience Corp LLC is seeking a Foreman Scaffold to supervise on-site scaffold crews, ensure safety, quality, and timely project execution across Texas. You’ll lead daily tasks, coordinate tools and manpower, and serve as the liaison between field teams and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scaffolding, industrial construction, or related craft work.
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role (Leadman or Foreman).
• Proven ability to lead and manage a crew in the field.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, dismantling procedures, and safety standards.
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements.
• Experience supervising crews working in industrial environments such as refineries, plants, or construction sites.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow job scopes, safety plans, and basic construction drawings and instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision making skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• TWIC Card.
• NCCER Certification or equivalent (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Basic Plus.
• Employment Authorization Document (EAD) if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold crew on daily jobsite activities and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Plan and direct scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling according to project requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding systems are built in compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and client specifications.
• Conduct daily job site hazard assessments and enforce strict safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicates safety expectations to all crew members.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials needed for assigned scaffold work.
• Inspect scaffolding structures regularly to ensure stability, integrity, and safety compliance.
• Communicate daily progress, delays, and jobsite issues to General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Ensure crew productivity and quality standards are met on all assignments.
• Train and mentor scaffold helpers and less experienced workers in safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Immediately correct unsafe acts or conditions on the jobsite.
• Ensure all work meets client specifications and company expectations.
