Job summary

Resilience Corp LLC is seeking a Journeyman Scaffold to perform skilled scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling on active job sites in Texas. You will support Foreman with layouts, material staging, and jobsite setup while ensuring safety and compliance with client requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of industrial scaffold experience, leadership exposure, and a solid understanding of OSHA scaffold standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of industrial scaffold experience required in refinery, petrochemical, power, or similar industries.
• Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role (Leadman, Crew Lead, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling procedures in industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and basic field instructions.
• Solid understanding of OSHA scaffold standards and jobsite safety compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling on active job sites in accordance with company standards and client specifications.
• Support Foreman in planning scaffold layouts, material staging, and jobsite setup.
• Ensure scaffold work complies with OSHA standards, company policies, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily job site hazard assessments and reinforce safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks as assigned and communicate safety expectations to crew members.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for scaffold assembly and operations.
• Assist in staging materials and maintaining clean, safe work areas on site.
• Report daily progress and any delays or issues to the Foreman.
• Mentor less experienced workers in safe scaffold erection and dismantling.
