Job summary

Associated Scaffolding Company Inc. is seeking a Scaffold Foreman to supervise and assist a crew through erection and dismantling of scaffolds, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role offers a competitive pay range and opportunities for advancement within our family-owned organization. Essential duties include supervising erection crews, designing fall protection, conducting safety inspections, and assigning tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• 3 years of scaffolding construction experience.
• Verbal and written English proficiency.
• Competent Person Training for scaffold erection and fall protection.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction courses preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record.
• No DUI or careless/reckless in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise erection crew and assist with installing/dismantling supported scaffolds safely.
• Design and inspect fall protection systems per OSHA regulations.
• Perform safety planning, daily scaffold inspections, and tagging maintenance.
• Identify hazards and know how to resolve them.
• Load and unload equipment to job sites.
• Plan workflow and assign tasks to personnel by skill level.
• Document hours worked and change orders.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Manager.
