This is fully seasoned professional level capable of independently carrying out most assignments typical of the profession. This level would be attainable by multiple incumbents in a work group (not necessarily all) but would not be an automatic promotional level.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or BSEE (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis). Five (5) years of process control experience; must have some project management or leadership experience.
Licensures and Certifications - None required.
Preferred Requirements - Master's degree in computer science or MSEE and five (5) to eight (8) years of experience.

Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
