Invenergy is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead SCADA systems integration for Battery Energy Storage Systems. This role requires an experienced technical leader with expertise in power generation SCADA and controls, managing multiple concurrent projects, and supporting hybrid integration needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and over 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities also include mentoring and driving continuous improvement, ensuring reliable connectivity and control readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with power generation SCADA and power plant control systems.
• Expertise in BESS focused SCADA and controls integration.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA and controls integration for BESS projects.
• Lead technical reviews of vendor submittals and drawings.
• Provide escalation level troubleshooting for integration issues.
