Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead SCADA systems integration across generation projects, focusing on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and supporting technologies. This role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience in power generation SCADA systems, with responsibilities ranging from design to execution and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and communication skills, and will ensure compliance with industry standards while driving project success. Eligible candidates must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with power generation SCADA and control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in BESS controls integration delivering projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA integration for BESS projects from concept through commissioning.
• Define control interfaces for BESS subsystems and site SCADA.
• Lead technical reviews of vendor submissions and drawings.
