Invenergy is seeking a Principal Engineer to join the Construction team, focusing on SCADA systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role requires strong technical leadership, ensuring successful integration of SCADA for diverse energy projects, including solar and wind.

This position demands a BS in Electrical Engineering and over 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing integration projects and providing technical mentorship within the team. A competitive compensation package includes base pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with power generation SCADA and power plant control systems.
• Experience delivering BESS focused SCADA and controls integration through commissioning.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA and controls integration approach for BESS projects.
• Define and document control and data interfaces.
• Lead technical reviews of vendor submittals and drawings.
