Invenergy is seeking a Principal Engineer to join the Construction team, focusing on SCADA systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar technologies. This role involves engineering, procurement support, and technical leadership in the integration and commissioning of SCADA systems. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in power generation SCADA and strong communication skills.

The position offers a competitive salary between $155,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD annually, with a bonus structure, and various other benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with power generation SCADA.
• Demonstrated experience with BESS focused SCADA integration.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA and controls integration for BESS projects.
• Lead technical reviews of vendor submittals and drawings.
• Coordinate with teams to align SCADA deliverables with project requirements.
• Mentor engineers to improve commissioning quality and reliability.
