Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
• Expert in Siemens PLC programming (Ladder and Structured Text).
• Proficient in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, STO/SS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for production equipment.
• Architect, write, and debug Siemens PLC code with an emphasis on maintainability for high-volume manufacturing.
• Build and maintain SCADA apps in Ignition, including tag architecture, screens, alarming, and historian configuration.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure rapid resolution and reliability.
