Job summary

Blue-Bridge-People is seeking a senior Controls Engineer IV with a SCADA focus to lead design, deployment and optimization of enterprise-scale SCADA systems within industrial automation and material handling environments.

You will drive architecture, platform configuration and integration while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of SCADA experience in industrial automation or material handling.
• Strong background in PLC/SCADA integration, networking, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Design high-availability SCADA architectures.
• Establish and maintain standards for tags, security and visualization.
• Own documentation and version control of SCADA configurations.
• Develop and deploy SCADA solutions across platforms.
• Lead FAT/SAT and multi-site commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers on SCADA practices.
• Collaborate with controls, software, electrical and IT teams on integration.
• Support dashboards, KPIs and remote diagnostics.
