Job summary

Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Senior Research Associate with expertise in single-cell RNA sequencing to join an analytical development team on a one-year, full-time, onsite contract in Boston, MA. The role focuses on high-quality single-cell sample processing and library preparation for clinical research programs.

You will independently plan, execute, and troubleshoot experiments using platforms such as 10x Genomics Chromium, perform tissue dissociation and cell prep, and prepare cDNA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, biotechnology, or related.
• Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and troubleshoot single-cell RNA-sequencing experiments.
• Prepare libraries for gene expression and multiomic applications.
• Coordinate sequencing submissions and maintain sample metadata.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in protocol optimization.
