Job summary

BioSpace is seeking a Senior Research Associate to advance cell therapy programs through independent execution of complex research activities, including translational and molecular biology workflows. You will analyze data, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to planning and method development with R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or biochemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years molecular biology experience in a lab setting.
• Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing workflows.
• Experience with single-cell or single-nucleus RNA sequencing preferred.
• LC-MS sample preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and optimize scRNA-seq workflows, including sample prep and library QC.
• Perform molecular biology workflows: nucleic acid isolation, PCR/qPCR, sequencing prep.
• Support cell culture and translational research activities with R&D teams.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data; communicate findings to supervisors.
