Job summary

This 12-month role offers extension opportunities and a pay rate of $40.00-$45.00/hr on a W2 basis.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Molecular Biology or related field with 5+ years of experience, or M.S. with 2+ years.
- Hands-on experience with NGS library prep and 10x Genomics Chromium workflows.
- Expertise in RNA handling, molecular biology, and primary cell/tissue preparation.
Responsibilities
- Execute scRNA-seq experiments using 10x Genomics Chromium and related platforms.
- Perform cell/tissue dissociation, viability assessments, single-cell partitioning, barcoding, cDNA generation, and library prep.
- Prepare libraries for gene expression and multiomics (CITE-seq, scATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics).
- Conduct QC using Bioanalyzer, TapeStation, Fragment Analyzer, Qubit, qPCR, and flow cytometry.
- Partner with scientists and bioinformaticians on experimental design, troubleshooting, and protocol optimization.
- Document workflows in ELN/LIMS and support daily lab readiness.
