Job summary

Seneca Holdings seeks a Multi-Competency Security Cooperation Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. You will deliver graduate-level instruction on SC strategy, policy, and planning, while managing courses and supporting curriculum development to meet accreditation standards.

The role requires extensive SC experience, US citizenship with active clearance, and strong communication with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related SC field.
10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience.
US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver graduate-level instruction focused on Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.
Serve as a class manager ensuring effective course delivery and student engagement.
Support curriculum design, course execution, and student records in line with accreditation standards.
Develop and update course materials to align with DoD, DSCA, and DSCU guidance.
Coordinate instructional content with DSCU leadership to ensure currency and compliance.
