Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks a Multi-Competency Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. The contractor will contribute to research, analysis, and teaching efforts within the SC domain.

The role emphasizes graduate-level instruction on SC strategy, policy, and planning, course management, curriculum design, and collaboration with DSCA and other U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related SC field.
• 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience with US government.
• U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver graduate-level instruction on Security Cooperation (SC) strategy, policy, and planning.
• Serve as a class manager ensuring effective course delivery and adherence to standards.
• Assist curriculum design, development, and archival of course materials.
• Coordinate with DSCA and other U.S. Government organizations to ensure content relevance.
• Develop, update, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses.
• Plan and execute training exercises and scenario-based learning activities.
• Mentor and coach students and document outcomes as required.
