White Pine Innovations seeks a Multi-Competency SC Instructor to support DSCU on site in the NCR. This role focuses on research, analysis, and graduate-level instruction in Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.

DoD/DSCA guidance drives curriculum development and assessment. Requirements include a Master’s in Security Cooperation and 10+ years in SC with US government experience, plus US citizenship and a Secret clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Security Cooperation or related field required.
10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience with US government.
US Citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver graduate-level instruction focused on SC strategy, policy, and planning.
Serve as class manager ensuring effective course delivery and adherence to standards.
Support curriculum design, course execution, student support, and academic outreach.
Develop and maintain course documentation and student records per accreditation standards.
Develop, deliver, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses per official curricula.
Update course materials to align with DoD/DSCA/DSCU guidance.
Collaborate with DSCA and USG orgs to maintain relevance and currency.
Plan and execute training exercises and scenario-based learning activities.
Provide SME instruction on Security Cooperation topics and related systems.
