Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Regional Chief Instructor for CSC to supervise adjunct faculty across multiple campuses, coordinating seminars and ensuring high instructional quality.

The role includes faculty evaluation, course grading oversight, and regular field visits, with collaboration with CDET leadership to maintain content currency.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s is strongly preferred, plus military or strategic studies experience as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly desired.
• Military experience at LtCol level or higher preferred.
• Active Tier 1 background investigation and Government-access eligibility required.
• Socratic teaching experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least one course per academic year in CSCDEP, EWSDEP or ECDEP.
• Manage and develop CSC adjunct faculty across regional campuses.
• Ensure faculty evaluations, grading compliance, and timely reporting.
• Conduct faculty development sessions and LMS support.
• Visit remote locations at least twice yearly.
• Collect and report Institutional Research data and provide feedback.
