Job summary

You will design, configure, and operate Oracle Acme Packet SBCs and OCCAS, ensuring reliable SIP-based voice services across networks.

The role requires 7+ years in VoIP/SIP engineering with 5+ years of hands-on SBC/OCCAS work, plus strong troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in VoIP/SIP networking with hands-on SBC experience.
• 2+ years of OCCAS experience.
• Experience with call centers or emergency services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SBC systems and OCCAS integration.
• Design, configure, and optimize SIP routing and header manipulation for multi-carrier interoperability.
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling/media and maintain high availability with incident response.
