• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 7 years of financial or industry related experience.
• Well established external COIs/referrals sources.
• Strong market influencer in general region in Boston.
• History of closing $15M+ per year for past 3 years.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales, marketing, and business development strategies for SBA BDO / Generalist Team.
• Primary business development originator for SBA BDO / Generalist Team.
• Analyzes applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluation.
• Structures loan opportunities to comply with SBA standards.
• Maintains relationships with referral sources and responds to inquiries.
