Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 10+ years banking/credit experience with 4+ SBA credit analysis.
• Strong understanding of SBA SOP eligibility requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs SBA loan underwriting and eligibility determinations per SBA SOP.
• Prepares detailed financial analyses of borrowing entities and guarantors.
• Reviews/analyzes credit reports, LexisNexis, and third-party documents for SBA compliance.
• Assembles credit committee packages for Sr. SBA Credit Administrator review.
• Coordinates with closing department to finalize loan closings and modifications.
• Assists with annual reviews of SBA 7a loans as assigned.
• Maintains monthly deal-tracking logs for management.
• Collaborates with Business Development Officers and internal teams.
