Job summary

Chase is seeking a Specialty Finance Advisor Senior in Business Banking to support SBA and Commercial Real Estate financing for existing clients and prospects. You will identify loan opportunities, partner with BRMs, and help structure, price, and close SBA and CRE loans with adherence to policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relationship development experience in commercial/business banking.
• 2+ years of SBA and CRE lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or related business field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of SBA products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify SBA and CRE loan opportunities and develop client solutions.
• Act as SME to BRMs for SBA and CRE financing needs.
• Structure and price loans in line with bank policies and regulations.
• Determine preliminary SBA eligibility and manage post-application process.
• Monitor loan pipeline through closing and booking stages.
• Educate BRMs and partners on product details and eligibility.
• Develop relationships with SBA District Offices and Certified Development Companies.
