Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced Senior SBA 7(a) Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the servicing, administration, and risk monitoring of the SBA 7(a) loan portfolio. You will serve as the subject matter expert on SBA servicing requirements and manage complex matters with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings broad SBA 7(a) servicing expertise across performing and distressed assets, including collections, workouts, and guaranty purchases, with strong credit

Qualifications

5+ years of SBA lending or related servicing experience.
Expertise across performing, delinquent, defaulted, and liquidating SBA loans.
Experience with guaranty purchase packages and SBA documentation.
Strong understanding of SBA SOPs and reporting.
Ability to manage complex servicing matters and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

Oversee portfolio of SBA 7(a) loans through lifecycle.
Ensure SBA SOPs, loan terms, policies compliance.
Manage collections, workouts, and complex recovery actions.
Lead borrower workouts and coordinate with counsel.
Monitor bankruptcies, REO, and asset management.
Prepare SBA submissions and guaranty purchase packages.
