Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced Senior SBA 7(a) Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the firm’s SBA 7(a) loan portfolio, ensuring compliant servicing, risk monitoring, and effective strategies across performing and distressed assets. The role requires strong credit judgment and the ability to coordinate with borrowers, counsel, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SBA lending, commercial loan servicing, or related field.
• Broad knowledge of SBA 7(a) servicing across performing, delinquent, defaulted, and liquidating loans.
• Experience preparing SBA guaranty purchase packages and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of a portfolio of SBA 7(a) loans throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as subject matter expert on SBA servicing requirements and SOPs.
• Manage collections, workouts, and resolutions with internal/external counsel as needed.
• Oversee bankruptcy, foreclosures, REO, and ancillary SBA reporting processes.
• Coordinate with legal, credit, accounting, and senior leadership to manage complex servicing matters.
• Maintain comprehensive servicing documentation and support audits and regulatory reviews.
