Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to translate complex satellite mission needs into technical specifications for Agile design, development, integration and deployment of mission management software for proliferated satellite constellations.

You will lead engineering product teams, define requirements, backlogs, and sprints, and ensure rigorous cybersecurity and system accreditation in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex, cloud-based, or proliferated satellite systems.
• Experience as technical lead
• Experience delivering complex mission software and developing system architectures, requirements, interface definitions, system test plans, deployment plans, and training.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering from requirements through development, test, and production.
• Define program increments, backlogs, and sprints; develop architectural approaches.
• Ensure high-quality requirements analysis, development, testing and cybersecurity.
• Deliver classified software to cloud-based infrastructures for satellite mission needs.
