Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or CS.
• Experience with systems engineering fundamentals and product lifecycle events (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across subsystems to plan, design, develop, and verify complex spacecraft systems.
• Define and coordinate system performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility.
• Perform analyses to optimize the total system of systems and architecture.
• Identify unassigned scope and ensure it is properly distributed.
• Participate in cross-functional technical issue resolution and trades.
• Lead or support space segment level reviews and risk/engineering boards as needed.
• Ensure SOW and technical specs align with IPT workflows.
• Contribute to MBSE infrastructures (e.g., DOORS, CAMEO) and trace requirements down.
• Forecast and track requirements compliance and reporting to customers.
