Job summary

The position is 100% onsite at El Segundo and offers relocation options. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience, with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science, or CS.
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across subsystems to plan, design, develop and verify complex spacecraft systems across the lifecycle.
• Define and coordinate system performance requirements; integrate parameters and ensure interface compatibility.
• Perform analyses to optimize the system of systems and architecture.
• Identify unassigned scope and ensure proper distribution; resolve cross-functional issues.
• Lead system and segment level trades including technical, cost, and schedule aspects.
• Represent space system engineering in IPT events and ensure entry/exit criteria compliance.
