Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in the Software Development lifecycle (Requirements/Design/Code/Test).
• 5+ years leading software teams or projects.
• 5+ years with DevOps/DevSecOps in security-conscious environments.
• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• Experience with CI/CD using code versioning and build/test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized DevSecOps processes, tools, and metrics to enable CI/CD of mission-critical software.
• Oversee automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting across development pipelines and security controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, secure pipelines.
• Lead adoption of current and emerging DevSecOps technologies and regulations.
• Install and configure integrated software engineering environments based upon the DevSecOps framework.
• Design automation processes and support software builds and releases.
• Provide technical support ensuring compliance with security directives.
