Job summary

Stellant Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Torrance, CA to oversee program management and sales support for multiple programs, including satellite traveling wave tube amplifiers for commercial and DoD customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage proposals, contracts, baselines, reviews, and delivery, while building trusted relationships with customers and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of program management, marketing, sales, operations or engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• CRM and ERP skills are desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the sales and program management support for multiple programs and customers.
• Leadership to align workload, staffing plans, processes, and procedures.
• Lead programs through all phases from proposal to delivery.
• Prepare and deliver detailed program review packages to senior management and customers.
• Lead new business proposals, projections, and requirements analysis.
