Peraton is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of engineers and technical staff, driving the development and modernization of TT&C and Satellite Mission Planning systems for government customers. The PM will manage cost, schedule, and technical execution while expanding license and maintenance sales.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as a supervisor with PM skills.
• 5-10 years of experience in leading software management.
• Experience leading teams delivering complex, scalable software systems.
• Experience delivering capabilities to DoD/NASA/NOAA/IC or similar.
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and SDLC execution.
• Experience with cloud-based environments and modernization efforts.
• Experience in integrating COTS products with custom software solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps and secure development practices.
• Strong communication skills with technical and stakeholder engagement.
• Active or ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to drive change across teams.
• Experience with capture and growth activities.
• Experience with commercial products.
• Preferred: TT&C or OS/COMET product experience.
• PMP/Agile or leadership certs.
• Familiarity with NASA/DoD/IC mission systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud-native architecture and hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary interface to Government and Industry leadership, Contracting Officers, and senior mission stakeholders.
• Maintain full accountability for program performance across cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Develops goals, budget, and strategic business plans.
• Maintains market position of products by managing existing product lines and competitive market information.
• Recommends ways to expand sales and profitability in specific markets.
• Lead programfinancial managementincluding forecasting, EACs, staffing strategy, and cost control.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks across technical, operational, and financial domains.
• Lead executive-level briefings, program management reviews (PMRs), and customer engagements.
