Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in electrical or communications engineering.
• 7–10 years of related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment and support of satellite IP networks at customer sites.
• Serve as senior escalation point for hardware and software problems; coordinate with support, product engineering, and R&D.
• Lead lab testing of new releases, patches, and enhancements; write test plans and acceptance procedures.
