Job summary

Iridium, a leader in satellite communications, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Americas region. This role will identify growth opportunities, develop customer engagement strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance commercial initiatives.

You will travel up to 50% across North America, collaborate with Sales Management, Channel teams, and Lines of Business, and help shape product pricing and strategic planning with market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in satellite communications or related tech industries (mobile IoT).
• Excellent communication, with ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with leadership, partners, and customers and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue BD/sales opportunities across North America aligned with objectives.
• Develop engagement plans to position Iridium solutions with customers/partners.
• Analyze commercial, competitive and environmental factors for regional growth.
