You will travel up to 50% within LATAM, building trusted executive relationships across governments, airlines, and aviation bodies while driving adoption of disruptive aviation surveillance technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
• 8+ years of sales experience in aviation in LATAM with a proven track record
• Excellent communication skills to convey products to non-technical stakeholders, including executives

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with regional ANSPs and aviation industries in LATAM
• Set up sales campaign strategies and execution with the Global Sales Director
• Conduct workshops and educational meetings to demonstrate Aireon’s technology
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies
• Engage with customers at industry forums and conferences to generate new opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
• Develop trusted relationships with customers across the region as the primary contact
