Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the satellite communications or related technology industries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing and closing opportunities in the Americas.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities across North America.
• Develop engagement plans with prospective customers and partners.
• Analyze market factors to support regional growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales Management, Channel teams, and Lines of Business.
• Determine participation in demos and market-specific evaluations.
• Maintain an accurate sales funnel for forecasting and targets.
• Provide market insights to inform pricing and product strategy.
• Create plans to map customer needs to Iridium capabilities.
• Support high-visibility initiatives across multiple teams.
