Job summary

Cubic Corporation's Cubic Defense unit in the United States seeks a Satcom Senior Regional Sales Manager (RF Hardware) to own the full sales lifecycle with government and commercial customers. You will identify opportunities, quote, negotiate contracts and drive revenue while coordinating with engineering, product and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in aerospace payload hardware sales, proven RF/microwave experience, and a track record of securing design wins in RF modules

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of aerospace payload hardware sales experience.
• Proven design-win and account growth in RF/microwave markets.
• Experience selling RF components and modules (filters, diplexers, multiplexers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from opportunity to contract and revenue delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and be main point of contact for matters.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular forecasts and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering and product teams to tailor solutions.
