Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst to support SAP WM/LE for warehouse management and logistics processes. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions in a global environment.

Responsibilities include system implementations, enhancements, user training, and ongoing support. A strong background in warehouse operations, SAP WM/LE, and data reporting is required. Relocation package may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field with 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics execution.
• Proficiency with RF scanning, barcode systems, and label printing; SAP WM/LE integration experience.
• Experience with MS Office and LSMW; exposure to SAP EWM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify system needs and document requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business users and IT for system implementations and upgrades.
• Lead training programs and change management for system changes.
• Provide day-to-day SAP/WMS application support and issue resolution.
• Review processes for automation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Support report development and maintain documentation for requirements and testing.
• Apply project management to organize work streams and meet timelines.
• Drive a positive employee experience through leadership and coaching.
