Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst focusing on Warehouse Management to support our growing operations. The role combines hands-on configuration, problem solving, and process design to optimize SAP WM workflows in warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP WM experience, a track record of delivering system improvements, and the ability to partner with operations, engineering, and IT to implement enhancements and support potential S/4HANA

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
• Ability to configure, design, and implement SAP solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both functional and technical environments.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and related systems (e.g., scanners, inventory tools).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or involvement in implementations).
• Background in multiple SAP implementations or system upgrades.
• Experience balancing both functional and technical SAP responsibilities.

This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and improving SAP warehouse processes, partnering closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support ongoing system enhancements.

This role is highly hands-on and will require both functional and technical involvement, including on-site support, configuration, and process design. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP WM experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to take ownership of system improvements and problem resolution.
