Job summary

Infosys Consulting Europe seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Lead to drive large-scale digital transformations in Semiconductor/Telecom industries. Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience.
• Delivered 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations in semiconductor/telecom or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor/telecom manufacturing processes, supply chain planning, demand management, procurement and sourcing, inventory and logistics, manufacturing execution integration, and global finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end program delivery and governance across global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Lead multi-vendor teams and geographically distributed teams with senior client stakeholders.
• Define and apply structured program delivery frameworks including IT, business and change components.
• Articulate value-based propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations.
