Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior program manager to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and IT. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage vendor relationships, and own the integrated delivery plan to ensure timely go-live.

The role requires 8+ years in ERP programs and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on fit-to-standard design, data migration, testing and cutover readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 8+ years of experience building/running Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of programs for SAP S/4HANA implementation with schedule ownership.
• Coordinate across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and external integrators.
• Manage system-integrator and vendor relationships with SOWs, milestones and quality.
• Maintain integrated master schedule, RAID logs, status narratives and business reviews.
• Lead requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions to closure and escalation as needed.
• Plan data migration, testing, training and cutover readiness.
