Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs, partnering with client executives to align business, technical, data, and change teams across global delivery centers.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and value realization, leveraging AI and automation to improve quality and predictability, while advancing Accenture’s SAP practice across Consumer Goods & Services.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
Minimum 6 years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs serving consumer goods & services.
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and ensure outcomes.
Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization.
Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA deployments.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead executive governance forums and transparent reporting.
Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.
