Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP transformation leader to drive large-scale SAP programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization. You will align business, functional, data, and change teams under a common transformation vision, navigating ambiguity and managing a multiregional delivery footprint.

You will continuously modernize delivery with AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics, accelerating value realization for Consumer, Goods & Services clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies and centers.
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, and organizational readiness.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal efforts, or pursuit activities for SAP transformation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, and outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives with client executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams (business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, change).
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Guide executive governance forums, steering committees, and high-level reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and quality.
