Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting.
• 6+ years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning and outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across all SAP S/4HANA phases.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
