Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive enterprise SAP programs, balancing vision with execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will manage risk, cost, quality and stakeholder expectations while serving as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning and outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• 2+ years experience in SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and readiness.
• 2+ years experience managing program financials, executive stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, scope, and stakeholder expectations with alignment to objectives.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting and recommendations.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, Accenture methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, automation, and analytics to improve outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships and become a strategic advisor on transformation.
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and opportunity identification.
• Support sales origination, proposal development, and business case creation.
• Develop delivery assets and mentor the next generation of SAP leaders.
• Travel may be required, with travel varying by business need.
