Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive large-scale SAP programs, delivering measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholders. You will align business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, and change teams around a shared transformation vision and continually modernize delivery with AI and analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, Program Mgmt, Transformation Leadership or Consulting.
• 6+ years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs (Delivery Lead/PM/Director).
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• 2+ years experience in governance, testing, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Partner with client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and value realization objectives.
• Establish and lead global delivery orgs across multiple workstreams (business, technical, data, testing, deployment).
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, financials, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Guide governance forums, provide reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and quality.
• Mentor the next generation of SAP program and delivery leaders.
