Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of the SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
