Job summary

EY is hiring a seasoned SAP/ERP delivery lead to drive complex S/4HANA engagements across diverse client teams in the US. You will manage client relationships, outcomes, and governance while ensuring quality and risk controls in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires 40-60% travel and a strong foundation in SAP technologies, data analytics, and integration. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and prior consulting experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
