Arvato Bertelsmann in Tennessee is seeking an IT-enabled Operations Support role to assist the distribution center with systems issues, train staff on SAP modules, and coordinate testing around IT updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP experience, distribution center or manufacturing background, and strong technical and communication skills to serve as the main liaison between the team and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Trouble‑shoot system-related issues.
• Lead day‑to‑day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
• Work with the SAP team using data analysis tools.
• Monitor JIRA for priority and at‑risk testing.
• Assign and rebalance work across the team.
• Ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements.
• Serve as main point of contact between the team and management.
• Proactively identify risks and elevate with context.
• Support ongoing departmental process improvements.
